Junior Marketing Analyst
Hi. We are Weirdstuff. We work in the highly competitive e-commerce and affiliate marketing niche we sell health and beauty products in emerging markets. Our sales are growing, and we’re looking for a marketing analyst to join our sales management team.
What you will do:
- Monitor and analyze sales figures, formulate conclusions and hypotheses
- Set KPIs for the sales team and monitor their fulfillment
- Optimize existing and implement new processes for the sales team
- Do analytical research for testing hypotheses
- Make CA analysis, geo, product-market fit, competitor analysis
- Complete Ad-hoc analytics tasks
What we expect from you:
- English level – upper-intermediate
- Good communication skills, self organizational skills, stress management
- Willingness to take responsibility, follow through and learn quickly
- Experience in marketing/products/financial metrics
- Ability to read analytical reports to make decisions
- Understanding of conversion funnel, correlation of business processes with numbers
- Experience with CRM/analytics/Tableau systems would be an advantage
