Junior Affiliate Marketing Manager

Hi! We are the company Weirdstuff. We work in a highly competitive niche in e-commerce & affiliate marketing we sell health and beauty products in emerging markets. Our main channel for attracting leads is affiliate networks.

What you will do:

• Analyze and optimize traffic
• Monitor traffic indicators, monitor the quality of lead processing
• Develop promo materials for our offers (work with designers, web developers)
• Analyse competitors’ offers, new niches and markets
• Research and develop of new offers
• Search for new partners (webmasters) for our offers, communication

What we expect from you:

• English level – upper-intermediate
• Energy, multi-tasking, flexibility, good communication skills
• Analytical skills, love for numbers
• Understanding of partnership marketing principles and marketing metrics
• Experience in working with marketing tools (FB, Google, CPA-networks)
• Experience in traffic analysis and optimization
• Experience in working with CPA partners will be an advantage
