Finance Manager

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to lead our finance team and help us achieve our financial goals.

What you will do:

• Manage day-to-day finance operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger accounting
• Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to ensure that we meet our financial goals
• Provide financial analysis and support to the executive team and department managers to help them make informed business decisions
• Manage relationships with external partners, including banks, auditors, and vendors

What we expect from you:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; MBA preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or related field
• Strong leadership and management skills, with a proven ability to lead a team to success
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement financial policies and procedures
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and develop insights and recommendations
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate financial information clearly and effectively to both financial and non-financial stakeholders
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
