We are seeking a talented CRM Analyst to help us drive our customer engagement and retention strategies forward.
What you will do:
- Develop, execute and optimize our customer engagement and retention strategies through our CRM system
- Analyze and optimize our Call Center and Delivery departments through the CRM system
- Create and implement customer segmentation and targeted marketing campaigns
- Monitor and analyze customer data to identify trends and create actionable insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement CRM initiatives
What we expect from you:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools
- Experience working with CRM platforms and optimizing Call Center and Delivery departments
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
