Project Manager Call Centers & Delivery

We are looking for a talented and experienced Project Manager to lead our Call Centers & Delivery team and ensure that we deliver exceptional customer experiences across all touchpoints.

What you will do:

• Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of our Call Centers & Delivery departments
• Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs and increase customer satisfaction
• Create and monitor KPIs to ensure that we are meeting our performance targets
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
• Lead projects related to Call Centers & Delivery, including system implementations and process improvements
• Train and mentor team members to ensure that they are equipped with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed

What we expect from you:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Proven experience in managing Call Center and Delivery teams, preferably in an e-commerce or retail environment
• Strong leadership and project management skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Demonstrated ability to drive change and deliver results
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
