Head of Delivery

As a key player in the highly competitive e-commerce and affiliate marketing industry, we offer a wide range of health and beauty products to our customers in emerging markets. Our success is largely driven by our strategic partnerships with affiliate networks, which serve as our primary channel for attracting new leads. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Head of Delivery to join our team and lead our logistics and delivery operations.

What you will do:

• Oversee and manage the entire delivery process, from order fulfillment to last-mile delivery
• Develop and implement strategies to improve delivery speed, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Call Centers, Operations, and IT, to ensure smooth and efficient delivery operations
• Monitor delivery metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize delivery performance
• Negotiate contracts with delivery providers and manage relationships with external partners

What we expect from you:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or related field
• 5+ years of experience in logistics and delivery operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
• Proven ability to lead and manage teams, and to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Knowledge of emerging trends and best practices in logistics and delivery operations
• Fluent proficiency in English, with exceptional writing and verbal communication skills at a B1 level or higher.
