Analyst

Hi! We are the company Weirdstuff. We work in a highly competitive niche in e-commerce & affiliate marketing we sell health and beauty products in emerging markets. Our sales are growing and we are looking for a Marketing Analyst to join our Sales Manager team.

What you will do:

• Generate reports/dashboards for yourself and the team, update data regularly
• Monitor and deeply analyze indicators, make forecasts
• Draw conclusions about the causes of changes and generate hypotheses based on analytics
• Generate new reports and optimize existing ones
• Reconcile analytics with the data source and actual financial results
• Adapt analytics to new GEOs and new data sources
• Complete ad-hoc tasks from the team

What we expect from you:

• At least 1 year of experience as an analyst
• Attentiveness, systematicity, critical thinking, autonomy
• Understanding of basic statistics, economics and e-commerce metrics
• Experience in financial/product/marketing analytics
• Ability to write SQL queries of medium complexity
• Experience in relational databases and Tableau or other BI systems
• An economics background is highly desirable
• Experience in Big4 would be a plus
